The FSBO Registry concept is basically a trade

We'll trade you our help for the chance of furnishing the financing for you and your Buyer.

All we ask is that you encourage your Buyers to talk to our Lending Partners. If they decide they don't like the level of service, so be it, BUT . . . if your Buyer uses one of our Lender Partners for their financing, ALL or part of your registration fee will be returned. (how much is dependant upon the package choosen)

At the very least you will get unbiased, professional insight into the Buyer's capacity to purchase your home and feedback about what they really thought about the house which can help you in your marketing.

This means we really want you to sell and
will help you in any way we can since
there is no financing unless there is a sale!

You will see this difference reflected in every write up and everything we do. Most FSBO services are really Real Estate Companies who make most of their money, by stealing YOUR Buyers and selling them a listed home or selling their names and info to other Agents. With us neither you nor your buyer's info will ever be sold to ANYONE!

Your home will be added to our website within 24 hours of registration M-F. Any submissions made on the weekends or holidays will be added on the following workday. You may have your listing deleted OR CHANGED & UPDATED at any time by simply contacting us by phone or E-mail.

Your ad can run as long as it takes for you to sell your home, but we will verify with you every month, via e-mail, if you wish for your ad to remain on our website. If you do not respond within a 72 hour period, your ad will be deleted.

Please be courteous and inform us when your home sells so that we may keep an accurate list. We would rather have a short, accurate list than a long list of homes that have been not been available for months as is common to other FSBO lists. But then again our focus is to help you get your house sold.

 

This website is a service for people trying to sell their home For Sale By Owner and for people looking to buy For Sale By Owner Homes.

We will not honor submissions that are listed with a Realtor, owned by ACTIVE agent/owners, owner financed, or non qualifying assumptions (NQA).

FYI: This is for your protection. There have not been any ASSUMABLE LOANS made since 1984! Transferring an interest in your property (letting someone assume your loan) can cause your loan to be foreclosed upon because it is specifically prohibited by your existing Note.
